





2 small peeled organic apples, seeded and finely cut
2 fresh organic apricots, pealed and chopped
Water
In a saucepan, cover the cut fruit with water, bring to the boil, lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and put water aside
Puree the fruit. Dilute with some of the cooking water if necessary.
