





1 full tablespoon of oatmeal
15 cl of water
1 small very ripe organic banana, squash with a fork.
Put the oatmeal, water and banana in a saucepan. Cover, bring to the boil, reduce heat and leave for about 5 minutes, mixing from time to time.
Puree in a blender. Dilute with some water if necessary.
24h in the refrigerator,
4 weeks in the freezer.
