





1 small organic carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 small organic potato peeled and cut into pieces
3 tablespoons of organic sweet corn kernels
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Fill a saucepan with water, add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes. Add the potato and corn. Cover, lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes over a gentle heat.
Add the oil, mix together the ingredients and dilute with water if necessary.

4 weeks in the freezer.
