Milk-shakes

Ingredients

 

 30 cl of follow-on milk (or almond, rice...)

 1/2 glass of crushed ice

 

Banana
 1 sliced banana

 

Pear
 1 pear cored and diced

 

Red fruit
 1 handful of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or bilberries

 

Peach
 1 peach or 1 nectarine pitted and diced

 

 

Preparation

 

In a blender or mixing bowl, add the milk, ice and choice of fruit.

 

Blend at high speed until a creamy consistency is obtained, pour into glasses and serve immediately.

 

Storage

 

Drink immediately.
